• Currency: All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.

Delivery Policy

• Operating Hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 4–9 business days, depending on your location. We do not provide any guaranteed delivery date for orders shipped via standard shipping. Delays may occur during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Damage Responsibility: Hoppa is not responsible for damage after delivery.
• OTP Requirement: Some deliveries may require an OTP, sent to the number provided during order placement.

• Courier Partners: Orders are delivered through registered courier partners.

Shipping Policy
