RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Standard delivery typically takes 4–9 business days, depending on your location. We do not provide any guaranteed delivery date for orders shipped via standard shipping. Delays may occur during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Customers looking for time bound delivery can only avail so if the order is booked on PREPAID basis and booked via express shipping option only.

*SPECIAL NOTE:  You need to inform the dispatch team at the time of order booking for you required delivery date. If the team can service the order in time they will give you written confirmation for the same.

1. COD OPTION IS AVAILABLE ONLY FOR SELECT PINCODES, WHICH THE CUSTOMER SHALL BE INFORMED ABOUT POST ORDER PROCESSING.

2. INCASE, PINCODE IS FOUND TO BE UNSERVICEABLE THEN THE CUSTOMER CAN EITHER ARRANGE TO PICKUP THE GOODS THEMSELF AND PAY AT PICKUP OR CAN ASK TO CONVERT THE ORDER TO PREPAID BASIS AND AVAIL A SPECIAL 5% DISCOUNT+ FREE SHIPPING.

3. FOR COD ORDERS COVENTERD TO PREPAID , THE EXHANGE (HOWEVER MANY TIMES) SHALL BE TREATED SAME AS COD ORDER AND SHALL BE CHARGEABLE.

REFUND-

  • FULL REFUNDS SHALL BE GIVEN FOR ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.
  • ONCE A PRODUCT HAS BEEN EXCHANGED, IT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. PLEASE ENSURE THE SIZE, COLOR, OR ITEM CHOICE IS CORRECT BEFORE INITIATING THE EXCHANGE.
  • FOR ANY OTHER REASON APART FROM THIS, CUSTOMER SHALL BE CHARGED INR 300/ITEM AND REFUNDED BACK THE BALANCE PROVIDED THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET-

a. The goods are in original packaging with all labels and tags intact.

b. Used products cannot be returned to maintain hygiene standards.

c. The customer needs to bear logistics cost or send themselves the goods back to us at our registered address.

d. Post Quality Assessment at our registered address, the customer shall be informed about any discrepancy. If none is found and all above conditions are met, the refund shall be processed, within 7 days from confirmation by our team.

EXCHANGE-

1. The goods are in original packaging with all labels and tags intact.

2. Customer can apply for exchange within 10 days of receipt of goods.

3. Only SIZE & COLOR based exchanges shall be covered according to the table above.

4. Exchanges can only be made once per product, unless the issue is due to a mistake on the brand’s end (e.g., wrong item or defective product). Please double-check your selection before requesting an exchange.

5. However, if the customer want to exchange the goods for a different color or article type standard charges of INR 250 shall be applicable (as per TABLE-1).

6. If the pickup Pincode is unserviceable for Return shipment, then the customer needs to send the goods back themselves to initiate return. Incase of "one time free prepaid exchanges", the company shall initiate a refund of lower of Actual freight or INR 150  to compensate for logistics charges. In any other case, the customer needs to bear full logistics cost themselves. 

7. If goods other than the one's ordered are received by the customer, EXCHANGE SHIPPING CHARGES SHALL BE  BORNE BY-
